• Clients must complete a health questionnaire prior to commencing any prescribed exercise programme
• Payment must be made in advance of session
• Cancellation :
  • More than 24 hours to start of session - not charged
  • Less than 24 hours to start of session - liable for 50% fees
  • Less than 6 hours to start of session - liable for full session fees
