Not only is she always introducing new and interesting excercises but she is great at keeping you interested in trying hard to maintain a high level of fitness. With her help I have been able to lose the extra weight I gained after the birth of my baby and she is alway coming up with fantastic nutrition ideas and keeps me on my toes. "I hate going to the gym .. its boring and to be honest I don’t know what to do when I am there! Then Kim came along … she took time to find out about what I wanted out of the sessions. Although I am a sporty person already I wanted to increase my fitness, but mainly my stamina as I play a lot of netball. I wanted to learn to run – I know that sounds stupid (can’t everyone run?) well the answer to that is no – it’s very hard.

Kim worked on routines specifically designed to help me play a better game of netball and increase the stamina I needed. She taught me how to run and increase my confidence, that I can do it – always encouraging me every step of the way. Over the weeks I really noticed a major change in my game of netball, especially ‘jumping’ to get interceptions and being able to keep going for the whole hour.

My diet is not the best, and Kim was great at giving advice on nutrition as well. She is very approachable and we always have a giggle"

Thanks to Kim I now understand the correct and appropriate way to exercise.

I am a sporty individual and have joined various gyms over the years but found it difficult to motivate myself to go. When I did go I had no idea of what the best routine would be for me. After months of wasted money I heard Kim was offering personal training so I dropped the gym and started with her immediately.

Kim identified the areas I wanted to work on and from day one worked with me to improve my fitness levels and tone up the areas I was unhappy with.

Kim offers such a variety of different routines including boxing which is fantastic its amazing how much you work the whole of your body and how good you feel after.

I really look forward to my training sessions. Kim is very encouraging and easy to get along with. Most of all you walk away feeling you have really worked out.
