Thanks to Kim I now understand the correct and appropriate way to exercise.
I am a sporty individual and have joined various gyms over the years
but found it difficult to motivate myself to go. When I did go I had no
idea of what the best routine would be for me. After months of wasted
money I heard Kim was offering personal training so I dropped the gym
and started with her immediately.
Kim identified the areas I wanted to work on and from day one worked
with me to improve my fitness levels and tone up the areas I was unhappy
with.
Kim offers such a variety of different routines including boxing which
is fantastic its amazing how much you work the whole of your body and
how good you feel after.
I really look forward to my training sessions. Kim is very encouraging
and easy to get along with. Most of all you walk away feeling you have
really worked out.
