Hi, My name is Kim
I am married with two daughters aged 12 and 14. After having my children I became very interested in health,fitness and nutrition.
I was unhappy in my job and wanted to do something I enjoyed which fitted in with my family. Suddenly the penny dropped ! Why not share my passion for fitness and food with others.
I studied over an 18 month period to complete the YMCA Personal Fitness Award, regarded in the industry as the leading qualification. (click the link at the foot of the page for more info)
